Choose the right service

What do you need help with?

Protect the electronics

Use an anti-static bag for exposed electronics. Do not place an unprotected circuit board directly against ordinary plastic packing.

Protect the connectors

Cushion the unit on every side in a rigid box. Keep pins, plugs and projecting parts away from the outer walls.

Identify the job

Put the job reference and contact details inside. For cloning, mark the original and donor clearly and pack them separately.

A clear process

How it works

  1. Confirm acceptance

Send the labels and symptoms first. Wait for the service and shipping arrangements to be confirmed before dispatch.

  2. Wrap and cushion

Protect against static and movement. Use suitable cushioning and a strong outer box; the unit must not move when the parcel is gently handled.

  3. Add the paperwork

Include contact details, job reference, vehicle identification and a concise fault description. Keep a copy and photographs of the packing.

  4. Measure, weigh and send

Measure the closed box and weigh the complete parcel. Use the agreed tracked route and keep the tracking number.

Before you book

Keep out of the parcel

No batteries, loose screws, leaking fluids or unrelated parts. Send keys or additional vehicle modules only if requested for the agreed job. Do not power or dismantle a high-voltage component to prepare it for shipping.

Your questions answered

Should I open the ECU first?

No. Leave it assembled unless we specifically request otherwise. Tell us about any previous opening or repair attempts.

Is a padded envelope enough?

Use a rigid outer box and suitable cushioning for a module. An envelope alone does not protect connectors or the casing from compression.

What should I write on the box?

Use the confirmed delivery address and your return details. Put the job reference inside as well as on the parcel; do not rely only on the outside label.

Start with your vehicle or module details

Send clear label photos, the vehicle details and a short description of the problem. We confirm the appropriate service, price and next steps.
