Repair services

Our products are repair and testing services for automotive electronic modules sent to us by post or collected by courier.

Cancelling before work starts

You can cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before we start work on your unit. If your unit has already arrived, we will return it to you; the return delivery cost may be deducted from the refund.

Bench test fee

If after the bench test you decide not to go ahead with the repair, or the unit cannot be repaired, the diagnostic assessment fee is payable – £45, or £80 for Jaguar / Land Rover 48V DC/DC converters and the remaining amount paid for the repair is refunded.

Extra work

If the unit needs work beyond the service you ordered, we contact you with a quote first. No extra work is carried out or charged without your approval.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Problems after repair

If you have a problem with a repaired unit, contact us with your TTR job number before removing or sending the unit back, so we can check it with you.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
