How do I send my module for repair?
Find your repair by part number, fault code or vehicle, place the order or send a repair request, pack the module using our packing instructions and post it with tracking or book our courier collection. Every job gets a TTR number.
Do you repair the original unit or exchange it?
We repair your original unit and send the same unit back. In most cases it keeps its coding, software and vehicle data, so it goes back into the car without dealer programming.
What happens if my module cannot be repaired?
You pay only the bench test fee shown on the repair page and the unit is returned to you. If more work is needed than the repair you ordered, we quote it first and only continue with your approval.
How do I know the module is really faulty?
Fault codes point to a system, not always to a failed part. Check wiring, fuses and supply first. If the cause is still unclear, order a bench diagnostic and we confirm the fault before you pay for a repair or a new part.
Is every repaired unit tested?
Each unit is checked before and after repair using the tests available for that module type. The report states the result (pass, partial or fail), what was tested and what could not be tested on the bench.
Do I need to code or calibrate the module after fitting?
An original unit normally needs no coding. Some systems need a basic setting or calibration in the vehicle after refitting; where this applies, it is stated on the product page and in the report.
How long does a repair take and how do I follow it?
Turnaround depends on the module and the fault found. Use your order or TTR reference to request an update by email or WhatsApp. We confirm progress and dispatch tracking directly.
Do you add VAT and who pays for return delivery?
No VAT is added to our prices. Tracked return delivery within the UK is included in the repair price. Courier collection of your unit is available as an option.
