Module Testing – Clusters, Cameras, DC/DC & HV
Not sure if the module is faulty? We bench-test it first. Send the unit on its own – no car needed. You get a written report and a fixed repair quote. Bench test and written repair quote: £45 per module (£80 for the JLR 48V DC/DC converter), deducted from the repair if you approve it. For modules, contact us to confirm return delivery charges before ordering. Battery transport and return are arranged and priced separately.
Instrument clusters
Full bench test for the Volkswagen group: VW, Audi, Skoda, SEAT, CUPRA, Porsche, Bentley and Lamborghini. Bench check for many models from BMW, MINI, Mercedes-Benz, Ford, Volvo, Renault, Opel/Vauxhall, Peugeot, Citroën, Fiat, Land Rover, Jaguar, Hyundai, Kia, Toyota, Nissan, Mazda and more – send the part number first and we confirm.
Front ADAS cameras
Camera-only bench check for VW, Audi, Skoda and SEAT (J852), Porsche, Mercedes-Benz (MPC2), Honda and Volvo FH / FM trucks (24V). Other makes – ask first with the part number.
JLR 48V DC/DC converters
Bench test, written report and repair or exchange for Land Rover, Range Rover and Jaguar 48V mild hybrid DC/DC converters.
Hybrid, EV and 48V parts
Testing of 48V mild hybrid batteries, 48V starter-generators (BSG), VAG 48V electric compressors and high-voltage hybrid and EV faults.
