Jaguar & Land Rover 48V DC/DC Converter Diagnostic Assessment & Report
Feedback from garages and vehicle owners
Bench testing and a written report – repair only if you approve the quote.
What you are buying: a bench diagnostic assessment of your Jaguar / Land Rover 48V–12V MHEV DC/DC converter with a written Diagnostic Report – £80, deducted from an approved repair of the same unit.
Included
- Booking-in with photos, part number and serial number under a TTR job reference
- Visual inspection: PCB, housing, connectors, moisture, corrosion, overheating, previous repairs
- Electronic tests and CAN communication checks where the module allows it
- Fault and parameter read-out, measurements on control circuits and power stage
- Written report: findings, measured values, tests carried out and their limits, possible causes, repair feasibility and an itemised quotation
Anything not carried out, or not supported by your hardware revision, is marked not tested or not verified. A connected CAN adapter with no valid responses is never reported as a passed communication test.
After the report you choose: a £630 repair with 12-month warranty, a reconditioned exchange unit (price on request), an offer for the faulty unit, or return of the unit.
