Diagnostics by the hour – written findings and a repair quote.

Gearbox & transmission diagnostics – Automatic and DSG gearbox warnings, limp mode, harsh or missing gears and gear selector faults.

What we do

We check gearbox control unit communication, solenoid and sensor signals, adaptation values and supply circuits to separate electronic from mechanical faults.

Price

£80 per hour, charged in full hours. Book the first hour online; if the fault needs longer, we tell you before continuing. Diagnostics at the lab in Rainworth by appointment.

You get a written summary of the codes, live data and tests carried out, the confirmed cause and the recommended repair with a price. If the fault is in an electronic module, we can repair it in our lab.
