- Bench test – the unit is powered and operated on our test bench and the fault is confirmed.
- Repair – the confirmed fault is repaired and the unit is tested again.
- Report and return – written report and tracked UK return.
Price and payment
Every unit is different, so the final price depends on what we find on the bench. Not sure what is wrong? Choose the bench test (£45, deducted from the repair if you go ahead). Already know the fault? Order the repair at the standard price. If the fault needs more work, we send you a written quote for the difference and wait for your approval.

Every level includes the bench test, report and tracked UK return. If the unit cannot be repaired, you are refunded the price less the £45 diagnostic assessment. No VAT added – we are not VAT registered. 12-month warranty.
How to order
- Order the repair and enter the unit details – part number, registration and fault codes.
- Post the unit using our packing instructions, or drop it at the lab in Rainworth by appointment.
- We test, repair and return it with the report.
